Victoria’s Secret in 2023 offers a customer-friendly return policy that allows customers to return most items within 30 days of purchase, provided the products are in their original condition with tags attached. Receipts are not always required for returns, as they may offer returns without a receipt through their order lookup system. However, refunds without a receipt may be issued as store credit at the current selling price. Check below for more information.



What Is Victoria's Secret In Store Return Policy?

ANY items(s) purchased that you don’t love may be exchanged or returned, including Sale & Clearance merchandise and items received as gifts. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and otherwise in its original condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase and be accompanied by a valid receipt.

For purchases made in a U.K. or Ireland store, see additional information here. For all other locations, store merchandise can only be returned or exchanged in a Victoria’s Secret Store located in the same country/location where purchased. Price tags are not required for Victoria’s Secret or PINK items, but will make the processing of your return/exchange easier. Franchise stores can only accept returns or exchanges on merchandise purchased at that location.

What Is Victoria's Secret Return Policy After 30 Days Or No Receipt?

INSTORE DURING THE RETURN WINDOW AND WITH A VALID RECEIPT:
During the return window (30 days) and with a valid receipt, we will help you exchange the merchandise or issue a refund based on the original form and amount of payment. Note, all applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase), and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund or credit.

INSTORE AFTER THE RETURN WINDOW OR WITHOUT A VALID RECEIPT:
After the return window or if you do not have a valid receipt, we will help you exchange the merchandise. If the lowest selling price for the returned item is less than the price of the item(s) you receive in exchange, you will be required to pay the difference. You will not receive a refund or merchandise credit for the difference if the lowest selling price for the returned item is more than the price of the item(s) you receive in exchange. You will be limited to $250 in non-receipted returns tied to exchanges within a 90 day period (this does not include defective merchandise).

Commonly recognized, current, valid government-issued IDs (US-issued ID; State-issued ID; Driver’s License (DL), including US and Canadian DL; Military ID; or Passport) will be required for non-receipted exchanges. Victoria’s Secret scans or collects information from your ID solely for the purpose of preventing return abuse. Victoria’s Secret will not sell the information obtained through this process. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:
Within 14 days of the original purchase, customers will be able to request a one-time in-store price adjustment. Customers must present their original receipt to receive the price adjustment, and the credit will be issued to the original form of payment.

COUNTRY OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE & POLICIES OF DIFFERENT STORE LOCALES:
All returns, exchanges and price adjustments must be made in the country of original purchase. Payment & Return Policies may vary by store locale (e.g., Massachusetts, Puerto Rico, Tanger Outlets, etc.); they would in those cases govern all transactions processed there.

What Is Victoria's Secret In Online Return Policy?

Within 30 Days of Purchase:
The 30-day timeframe starts from the date your order ships. Merchandise may be refunded in the original form, and amount of payment for the returned merchandise.

Refunds for returns made in-store typically process back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. If the store associate is not provided or able to locate proof of purchase and/or your order number contains all numbers and no letters, the store will need to send your return back to the distribution center on your behalf. Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return then an additional 3-5 business days to receive your refund. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

NOTE: Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase), and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund of credit.

How can I exchange my items for a different color or size?

Need a different size or color? Contact Customer Care and we will place your new order and ship it to you via FREE Standard Delivery (U.S. only). Then, simply return your unwanted merchandise for a refund.
