
Uniqlo Return Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return them to us or complete an exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase, or for online orders within 30 days of the date of delivery so long as the items meet our Change of Mind Returns Policy.
Item/s purchased in one of our stores can only be returned for a refund at the original store of purchase within 30 days or exchanged at any other store.
If you need to exchange your item, this can be done at any of our stores (find your closest store here). In-store purchases cannot be returned via postal mail.

Merchandise purchased in stores must be returned to the original purchase store location for a full refund to the original form of payment up to 30 days from the purchase date
- Merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new, unused, and unwashed) with tags attached.
- Packaged items may be returned after the package has been opened; tags must still be attached to the item.
- Innerwear cannot be exchanged or returned due to our strict hygiene policy.
- Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged
- Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
- Alteration fees are non-refundable.
*Returns will not be accepted without an original purchase receipt. Returns made with a gift receipt will be returned for a store merchandise gift card.
What Is Uniqlo Store Exchange Policy?
- If you want to exchange your item for the same item in a different size/color, you may go to any UNIQLO store with the item available, within the 30-day exchange window. The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed for the store to accept the item for an exchange. No receipt is needed for this process to be completed.
(This applies to both in store and online orders).
- If you are looking to exchange your item for a completely different item, you must go to the original store of purchase within the 30-day exchange window. Please note you must provide the original receipt, and the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, for the store to accept the item for an exchange.
(This applies to only in-store orders. Online orders cannot be exchanged for a different item in-store).
Items may only be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted within the country where the purchase was made.
- Items purchased in the contiguous United States may not be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted in Hawaii, and items purchased in Hawaii may not be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted in the contiguous United States.
- UNIQLO reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.

What Is Uniqlo Return Policy For Online Orders?
FOR ONLINE ORDERS PURCHASED via [Credit/Debit Cards/Paypal/Apple Pay] as PAYMENT METHOD
Product(s) can be returned ONLY to our warehouse. Return & refund to physical stores will NOT be accepted.
- Merchandise purchased on www.UNIQLO.com must be returned within 30 days of the order date found on the invoice.

- Please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.
- Any items that do not meet our guidelines for a return, or are returned without a return slip, will be sent back to the customer.
- Once an item has been exchanged at the store, it cannot be returned to the warehouse.
FOR ONLINE ORDERS PURCHASED via KLARNA SEE BELOW:
If you need to return part or all of your order, Klarna will issue you a new statement.
Simply follow UNIQLO’s return instructions and make sure items are within UNIQLOs return policy.
Make sure to take note of the return tracking number.
Log into your Klarna account, select “Report a Return”, and they’ll pause your statement.
As soon as UNIQLO has processed your return, Klarna will send an adjusted invoice.
If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made to the same card.
Returned or canceled orders should first be registered with UNIQLO.
Once we have received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you’ve made a partial return.
With a full return, Klarna shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You can always monitor your order’s status in the Klarna app. For other Klarna FAQs click here.
U.S ONLINE ORDER EXCHANGE POLICY
- Suppose the item you want to exchange is available at a UNIQLO store location. In that case, you can only exchange your item for the same item in a different size/color within the 30-day exchange window. The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, for the store to accept it for an exchange.
- If the item you are looking to exchange is not available at a UNIQLO Store location, you must return the item ordered back to our warehouse to be processed for a return. You can then place a new order for the item in the desired size/color.
- Once an item has been exchanged at the store, it cannot be returned to the warehouse.
- Please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.
