Outdoor Voices Return Policy

We are committed to creating technical apparel that lasts. If your product fails to perform — or is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error — we’ll replace it for you or work with you on another solution. All replacements are at the discretion of our team — we pledge to keep you Doing Things. 

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged, and unwashed items with tags attached within 45 days of purchase. Orders placed between November 1, 2022, and January 1, 2023, may be returned within 60 days of purchase. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. All online orders can be returned in-store.

For orders shipped to Canada, we charge a $25 flat fee that will be deducted from your return when processed. Any duties and taxes paid will not be refunded. Exchanges are not permitted for orders shipped to Canada.

What is an "Instant Refund Gift Card"?

For each return requested online, we will issue an Instant Refund, which is a temporary gift card equal to the value of your return(s). This gives you the flexibility to place a new order right away, rather than wait for your credit card refund. Less waiting, more #DoingThings.

Rather receive a refund? No sweat! Once your return items are checked in, we will deactivate the Instant Refund gift card and issue a refund for any unused balance. (This will go back to your original payment method.) If you re-purchase with your Instant Refund and it’s still not quite right, you can return it for a full refund to your original payment.

What about returns on final sale item?

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items marked as final sale will be noted in red, indicated above “Add to Bag.”

Why can't I exchange my order?

Our returns system occasionally decides not to offer an exchange based on various factors, and unfortunately, there’s no way for our team to override that. I’m sorry for the bummer news. 

If you already placed an exchange on your original order, our system can only process one exchange code per transaction, so you won’t be able to process another. 

We recommend processing a return and placing a new order for your desired gear. Feel free to contact hello@outdoorvoices.com if you’re having trouble getting the same price on your new gear.
