Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, or JAXXON store credit for items returned within 7 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must go through our Returns Portal to be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by their original packaging and unaltered, unworn, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 7 days will not be accepted for return or exchange. There are NO returns or exchanges on solid gold products, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our solid gold products go into production, there can be NO cancellations. We are not responsible for any personal items accidentally returned to JAXXON.
