The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund price for mailed returns using our return label. Even exchanges will not incur the return shipping fee.
We appreciate any opportunity to take care of you and hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please make sure all items are accompanied by the receipt, invoice, or packing slip and are un-worn and undamaged, with original tags attached. Returns accompanied by the receipt are eligible for your preference of a refund, exchange, or store credit. Without a receipt, we will happily offer an exchange or store credit at the current selling price. Items with a price ending in .88 are considered final sales and not eligible for return.
Within 30 days of purchase date:
• With original receipt, receive full refund or exchange for online and store
purchases
• If no receipt or packing slip, receive a store credit for the item’s current selling
price.
• Returns of full price items must be made within 30 days
• Exchanges within 30 days do not incur a return shipping charge.
After 30 days of purchase date:
• An exchange or store credit is issued for a return.
• After 30 days when returning an online purchase, you receive an ONLINE credit for
the item’s current selling price minus the $7 return shipping fee for prepaid
shipping label.
Sale priced items:
• We CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES of FINAL SALE items
(Items with prices ending in .99 or .88).
• This applies to online and store purchases.
