Amazon Returns
You can review, authorize, or decline an amazon product return requests.
By going to Amazons, Manage Seller Fulfilled Returns page.
You can click the Orders drop-down menu in Seller Central to access your Manage Returns page. You must make sure before returning a product that it’s not an Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime order.

Once you receive a product return request from your buyer, you have only two business days to process a product refund to your buyer.
You may issue full or in part refunds by going to the Manage Orders tool. See Issue a Refund or Refund Options page for more information.
If you fail to do so, amazon may issue a refund to your buyer and charge the amount to your seller account. And this will cost you a negative customer experience because you must match or exceed Amazon’s return policies. Amazon wants to ensure a consistent experience for all buyers.
Amazon Cancellations
If a buyer wants you to cancel theier order and you have not shipped your customers order, you may cancel it in amazons, Manage Orders or use an Order Cancellation feed.
If you have already shipped the buyers order, you may authorize the return request in amazons, Manage Seller Fulfilled Returns.

All Sellers must accept cancellations, returns, refunds and adjustments in accordance with the policies and any terms, conditions, and policies that appear on the Seller’s Product Listing at the time of the applicable order.
Amazons Minimum Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
At a minimum, your cancellation, return and refund policy must:
- For subscriptions with a term between 2 months and 5 months, allow a customer to cancel an order of a Product and receive a full refund within 7 days of payment (initial and renewal).
- For subscriptions with a term 6 months or greater, allow a customer to cancel an order of a Product and receive a full refund: (a) within 7 days of initial payment and (b) within 30 days of payment at renewal.
- For all subscription lengths, allow a customer to cancel an order of a Product and receive a full refund at any time where the Product is defective or materially different from the item represented in the Product Listing.
- For all subscription lengths, allow a customer to cancel an order of a Product and receive a full refund at any time if there is a material change in your Product, the availability of your Product or any of your terms and conditions of use and service relating to the Product.
We do not currently support functionality that allows you to offer pro rata refunds .
