What is Belk’s Return Policy
- For returns with a receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation email within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the full purchase price to the original form of payment.
- For returns without a receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation email or after 30 days of purchase, we will refund the lowest sale price offered in the last 30 days to a Belk gift card.
- For Marketplace items, contact the seller directly for return information.
- Please note that there are exceptions to our Standard Return Policy.
What are Belts Return Shipping Costs?
Return shipping costs will be issued to a Belk Gift Card only if:
- Your item was damaged in the initial shipping process;
- You were shipped the incorrect item; or
- You were shipped a defective item
We recommend shipping your package via FedEx or USPS insured services so your shipment can be tracked to our return center.
What are Belk Returns in Store Policy?
You can return all items bought in-store and most items purchased on belk.com to a Belk store except as outlined in our Return Policy Exceptions. For Marketplace items, contact the seller directly for return information.

What are Belk Returns by Mail Policy
You can return most items bought on belk.com (including curbside pickup orders) by mail except as set forth below or in our Return Policy Exceptions. Items purchased at a Belk store, furniture purchased on belk.com, and Belk Marketplace items are not eligible for return by mail. What Goes Around Comes Around: All purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Although we try to select only the best vintage products, your What Goes Around Comes Around item may have irregularities and imperfections due to normal wear and tear.

What Are Belk MarketPlace Refund Policy?
Customers must contact the marketplace seller directly for assistance with returns or exchanges. Marketplace items cannot be returned to Belk stores or via Belk.com Customer Care.

Here are your options for returns & exchanges:
7 DAYS For A/Cs & water heaters
14 DAYS For electronics, electronics accessories, computers & computer accessories there is a 15% restocking fee
No Returns/Exchanges on the following Items:
- – Furniture, mattresses, décor & accessories unless inspected by a Conn’s Service Technician & found to have a manufacturer’s defect.
- – A/Cs & Water Heaters: No returns allowed on A/Cs or water heaters that have been used. Returns are allowed within 7 days of purchase if product is in new (unused) condition and includes original packaging, all manuals and accessories.
- – All flooring products.
- – All gas powered equipment.
- – Any Beats by Dre® products in store without a Conn’s RPP plan. Customers must contact Beats Customer service at 1 (800) 442-4000 for all Beats product-related issues.
- – Any DJ Party stereo system.
- – Any computer software.
- – Floor models and clearance items.
- – Gaming system bundles. Exchanges are allowed within 72 hours if merchandise is defective. After 72 hours of purchase, customers must contact the manufacturer for warranty issues:

- Playstation: 1-800-222-7669
What Are The Requirements for all Returns/Exchanges?
- Proof of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in new condition as determined by Conn’s.
- Merchandise must include original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories (value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount). All free promotional items tied to the purchase must also be returned.
- Delivery and installation charges will not be refunded on any returns.
- A second delivery fee will be charged on all exchanged merchandise unless original merchandise has been inspected by a Conn’s service technician and is found to be defective or the original merchandise fails within 24 hours of delivery or 72 hours if purchased with a Retail Service Agreement (RSA).
*15% restocking fee is due at the time of the return/exchange. If your product fails while under manufacturer’s warranty or Conn’s RSA, Conn’s Factory Authorized Service will repair your product according to these warranties. If your product fails while under the Conn’s Replacement Product Program (RPP), it will be replaced under the terms of the RPP. Charges for installation and delivery services are nonrefundable after the services have been performed. All refund checks will be processed within 10 calendar days.
