Brooklinen will tell you if you’re not happy with any of your purchases, they’ll find a solution for you!

Brooklinen return policy offers you a 365 day one full year to return or exchange that unwanted product for US residents. Brooklinen will refund you for the original payment or store credit.

If you no longer have your original form of payment, then a store credit will be issued for the same amount.

Will Brooklinen pay for the return shipping?

YES! Brooklinen covers all the shipping for domestic returns completely. 

You’ll get a pre-paid shipping label once you complete a return through their returns platform.

So, you’re not in the US, check out the return policy in the International FAQs. 

 

 

What to do if I purchased through Amazon or Zola?

Sorry, only products from their website or at their retail location are only accepted. If you purchased from Amazon or Zola, you must return through their site and be subject to their return policy guidelines.

Can I return items even if it’s been washed or worn?

Most definitely, If you don’t absolutely love your product you purchase from Brooklinen, return it! Within 365 and in any condition, they will initiate a return. If you have washed or worn your item, they will go to our partnership Good360 to a donation center working to feed the needy in a community.

Can I Return Items To Your Retail Store?

Yes, you can return the item purchased from their site or their Williamsburg store within 365 days of purchase.

 You can use their returns platform or do-it in-person at their retail location.

So, you purchased in-store and would like to return in-store! Come on in, and we got people here to help you through the process.
