Casper wants everyone to get the best sleep possible, and know it takes a few nights, washes, and naps to get a feel for the difference Casper can make. With our risk-free trial and return policy, you can try Casper products in the comfort of your own home pressure-free.
WHAT IS CASPER’S RETURN POLICY?
Casper’s Mattresses
We believe you should sleep on your mattress to decide if you like it, and that it can take the body 30 nights to adjust to a new mattress. We offer a 100-night trial on mattresses, and if you’re not 100% in love after the first 30-Night Adjustment Period, returns are free and easy.
Casper’s Furniture, Soft Goods, and Accessories
It’s important to test out all your Casper products in your own sleep environment. We offer a 30-night trial on all other Casper products, so you can do just that.
Casper’s Bundles
When you purchase a Casper Bundle, all of the items in the bundle will have the same trial period. If your bundle includes a mattress, the entire bundle will have a 100-night trial period. If your bundle does not include a mattress, it will have a 30-night trial period. Bundles must be returned in full — individual products from the bundle may not be returned alone.
As long as your items are in donatable condition, you can return them without the original packaging or box, even if they have been assembled. You may return a maximum of two items of the same product type.
Refunds will be credited back to your account within two weeks. If you paid for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, you’ll get a refund for those shipping costs as well. If you paid for our in-home delivery and setup service, we will not refund for the service performed.
Casper Product Returned To Costco
Casper products from Costco must be returned the same way they were purchased from Costco (online or to the original store) and are subject to Costco’s return policies. You can reach Costco’s Customer Experience team at:

Casper Product Returned To Target
Items purchased at Target must be returned to Target and are subject to Target’s policies.
- Small Items can be brought back to any Target location with the receipt. Without a receipt, customers can also be looked up through their credit card.
- Large Items must be returned through the large item return department by contacting Target Guest Services:

Casper Product Returned To Amazon
- Products purchased at Amazon need to go back to Amazon for return and reimbursement and are subject to Amazon’s return policy.
- Large item returns such as furniture and mattresses must be returned through Amazon’s Large Item Returns Department to arrange a pickup of the item. Call Amazon Support to arrange your item returns at this number:

Casper Products purchased from Another Retail Partners
Casper products purchased from our Retail Partners must go back to the original retailer and are subject to their policies.
