Jaxxon Return Policy
While we dont currently offer exchanges, we do have an easy return process. Be Sure to have your order number and order email address ready. For more information, see below.
What is Jaxxon’s Return Policy?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, or JAXXON store credit for items returned within 7 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must go through our Returns Portal to be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by their original packaging and unaltered, unworn, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 7 days will not be accepted for return or exchange. There are NO returns or exchanges on solid gold products, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our solid gold products go into production, there can be NO cancellations. We are not responsible for any personal items accidentally returned to JAXXON.
*Note: Customers outside of the United States & located on military bases are responsible for their own return costs, but will be reimbursed in JAXXON store credit.*
What is Jaxxon’s Holiday Return Policy?
NOTE: This only applies for orders placed on November 1st, 2021 through December 31st, 2021. We want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied during this holiday season and have created an extended return/exchange window to assist. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, or JAXXON store credit for items returned by the end of January 2022. All returns and exchanges must go through our Returns Portal to be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by their original packaging and unaltered, unworn, and in brand new condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after the cut-off will not be accepted for return or exchange. There are NO returns or exchanges on solid gold products or engraved orders, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our solid gold products or engraved products go into production, there can be NO cancellations. We are not responsible for any personal items accidentally returned to JAXXON. Customers outside of the United States & located on military bases are responsible for their own return costs but will be reimbursed in JAXXON store credit.
