Lululemon Return Policy
Lululemon want you to love your purchase, and if not
Lululemon will gladly accept most returns by mail and in stores within 30 days from the purchase date. Exceptions are noted below.
Lululemon In-Store Return Policy
You have 30 days, to return it.
- Product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- If you’ve tested out your shoes and they’re not working for you, we’re happy to provide a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Shoes must be in the box and accompanied by proof of purchase.

- Please note that we cannot set up online exchanges.

Lululemon Online Refunds or Exchange
- We offer free returns
- Return must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached
- Shoes can be worn but must be in the box (learn more here)
Proof of payment must accompany the return
- All products are subject to inspection
If you’re looking for a refund for your original method of payment and returning more than 3 items in your order, follow these easy steps.
Head to the RETURNS PAGE to start a return and print your shipping label.
If you have a profile, sign in. If not, enter your order ID and email address.
Once you’re signed in, you’ll find instructions for selecting the items you want to return, printing your shipping labels, packing your items, and finding a shipping outlet that’s closest to you.
When your return request has been successfully submitted, the RMA (return merchandise authorization) number that appears on the screen will be sent to you by email—you’ll need that number to track the status of your return.
Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping bag or box.
Tape the shipping label to the outside of the package and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible.
If you live in Canada, find a FedEx Ground location. For those living in the US, find a FedEx Ground location or a USPS and drop off your package.
We’ll refund you within 3-5 business days of receiving your package at our warehouse and send you an email when this transaction has taken place.
If you can’t get to a FedEx Ground or USPS post office, send us an email at GEC@LULULEMON.COM—we’ll need your order ID, full name, email address, country of residence, and the item(s) you’re looking to return.
Looking to speed up the return process?
If you’re returning less than 3 items and want a refund to a lululemon e-gift card, it might be possible to receive your refund when dropping your return at FedEx. To learn more, check out “How can I receive my Fast Track Return?” listed under FAST TRACK REFUND.
Excluded Items from the Policy
- Swimwear can be returned but must be returned with the hygienic liner intact.
- Gift cards, face masks, and gear from our “We Made Too Much” section are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Lululemon Return Without Receipt
- You must have proof of payment to accompany the return in order to get a refund.

Lululemon Return Policy Holiday
The regular return policy may apply to the holiday return policy. Some sites do suggest a time between November 1st and December 24th and allow return all the way until January 24th, and maybe the case but we have not seen any indication of this.
Return or Exchange A Gift
If you’re looking to return a gift, you can set up a FREE RETURN ONLINE with the order ID located on the packing slip, in your order confirmation email, or on the gift receipt, or find your CLOSEST STORE LOCATION to be credited onto a gift card.
Keep in mind, that exchanges can only be completed in-store and not online with our GEC.
