UPDATED: We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective products. If your purchase delivery date was March 10, 2020 or later, we’re extending a 60-day return window. For any purchases made prior to March 10, 2020, our typical 30-day return window will apply. However, if you find it difficult to return within these windows, please email us at [email protected] Please note that items that are returned in unsuitable conditions will be sent back to the original shipping address. We’ll send an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return.

You can exchange the same style for a different size by clicking the Start Return By Mail link above. Follow the instructions to process your return and print out a UPS label to send back your item(s). 

If instead you’d like to exchange for a completely different style, you can use your E-CREDit to purchase a new item. Once your complete the online form, you’ll receive your E-CREDit (a voucher equalling the total amount paid for the item(s) you’re exchanging). However, once your item reaches our warehouse, your E-CREDit will be void and we’ll refund your original form of payment.

 NOTE: Due to current events, refunds may be delayed. You should expect to see refunds within 10-12 business days of receipt.

How long will it take to process my Untuckit Return refund?

 

How long will it take to process a Untuckit return if purchased in the US?

It can take between 3-5 business days to process your return at our warehouse. Once processed, it could take an additional 3-5 days for your bank to generate a refund back to your original form of payment. 

 

How long will it take to process a Untuckit return from U.S. territories and military bases (APO/DPO/FPO)?

If returning from a U.S. territory or military base outside of the 50 States, shipping may take a few days longer to arrive at the warehouse; this could delay the processing of your return. Please allow up to 4 weeks from the time you ship your return to see your refund posted back to the original form of payment.

 

 

Can I return items from more than one order?

Yes, you can return items from more than one order in the same box! Please follow the instructions below:

Put all items into one box along with their corresponding packing invoices. If you no longer have your original invoice, please include the shipment or order number for each order you’re returning. You can find your shipment and order numbers by signing in to your account at returns.untuckit.com.

Otherwise, feel free to return/exchange your item(s) at one of our store locations if you would like to avoid shipping your purchase to our warehouse.

 

When should I start the return process?

There’s a 30-day window to request the return or exchange once you receive your item. Upon processing a return, an E-credit will be generated, giving you the option to exchange for a new style or size.

Please note that E-credits are only redeemable online.

 

What if my exchange arrives at the warehouse before my E-credit has been used?

The E-credit will remain active until the warehouse receives your return, at which time the code will be deactivated and you will receive a full refund back to your original form of payment.

 

What if my exchange order costs less than my E-credit?

You will receive a refund of the difference to the original form of payment provided.

 

What if my exchange order costs more than my E-credit?

You will be required to enter your credit card information for the balance.

How can I return a gift?

Can I return or exchange a product I purchased in Canada?

While UNTUCKit US is the sister company of UNTUCKit Canada, our systems are not interconnected and our companies are run independent of one another. As a result we are unable to return merchandise purchased in Canada.

 

What information will I need to proceed?

The gift receiver is asked to verify the order number (in the enclosed packaging) and delivery address zipcode. You are then presented with a screen where the gifted items are displayed and you’re asked to provide the cause of return. You are then given a voucher with the total eligible repurchase amount and asked to shop for replacement items immediately in your store.

Will the gift giver know that it has been exchanged?

The gift giver does not receive any notifications around this process whatsoever. The gift giver will only know about the exchange if the gift receiver volunteers to tell them. A good solution for all types of communities, families, and friend groups.

What if I decide to spend more than the voucher amount?

Purchases exceeding the gift exchange amount are paid for with the store’s normal check-out methods.

How will this exchange voucher work?

At the time a shipping label is presented, you are also presented with a unique instant gift exchange voucher code that’s easily copied to your clip-board. A link takes you to shop again immediately in the store, where you load up your cart and use the code at checkout as you would any voucher code. Purchases exceeding the gift exchange amount are paid for with the store’s normal check-out methods.

How much time do I get to return the items?

It is best if you mail them back as soon as possible, but you have about 10 days to drop those return items in the mail so that they are received in time.

 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We’re happy to accept exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. 

After you complete your exchange, you’ll receive an E-CREDit (a voucher that equals the total amount paid for the item you are exchanging.) You can then easily repurchase your new item using the E-CREDit code provided.

How long should it take to process my exchange?

 

The exchange will be treated as a brand-new order and processed immediately from the time you click “Confirm!” Look out for your confirmation email once the order is placed. The transit time of your order is based on the shipping service level you chose during checkout.

What if my exchange order costs less than my E-CREDit?

 

You will get a refund back to the original form of the payment provided.

What if my exchange order costs more than my E-CREDit?

 

You will need to enter your credit card information for the balance.

When should I mail back the item(s) I want to exchange?

 

Return your unwanted item(s) as soon as you can, using the return label provided. Please remember to include the original packing invoice! You have 30 days from the time that the order arrives at your door to declare your return and send the goods back.

What if my exchange arrives at the warehouse before my E-CREDit has been used?

 

You’ll be refunded in full to the original form of payment, and will be asked to simply provide a credit card at checkout to place a brand-new order.

How do I exchange an item I believe to be damaged?

 

During your online exchange, click “My Order Was Damaged.” You will download a shipping label and automatically receive your E-CREDit. You can then repurchase your new item using the E-CREDit code provided.

 If you think you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact [email protected] and include the following info:

 

– The original order number & your current shipping address

– A short description of the damage

– Photographs of the defective or damaged item may also be included

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, we are unable to provide pre-paid shipping labels for international orders. Therefore, international customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If you have any questions, please let us know!
