To return items in stores, you must present a receipt.
Items should be returned new, unused and with the garment tags still attached.
We only accept returns for products purchased at vineyard vines stores or through the vineyard vines website or app.
Underwear and swimwear should be tried on over underwear.
Swimwear returns will only be accepted with the hygienic liner intact.
Any personalized, monogrammed, altered or customized product is not eligible for return or exchange.
Original shipping charges are not eligible for a refund on orders that were shipped correctly.
Returns made for products over one year old may be accepted at the discretion of vineyard vines.
Online and retail store purchases proof of purchase can be established with a receipt or if we can find your transaction in your vineyard vines account.

Merchandise purchased at an outlet store cannot be returned to a retail store or to our online fulfillment center.

Returns with Gift Receipts are eligible for a return, exchange, refund, or merchandise credit.

Borderfree allows us to deliver our items to our international customers. When returning an international order you will be credited by Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original tender. Returns must be made within 180 days of purchase.
All European Union customers have a right to back out of purchase within 7 days of completing the transaction (e.g. placing the order on the website). If a European Union customer cancels their order during this 7-day period, Borderfree will reimburse the customer for the cost of the product(s) AND any extra fees (i.e. shipping) paid by the customer to receive the item.
Borderfree can, however, charge the customer for the cost of shipping goods back to Borderfree. Reimbursement by Borderfree will be within 30 days.
