Princess Polly's return policy allows customers to return items for exchange, gift card, or refund within 30 days of delivery. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. For hygienic reasons, the following items are also not eligible for return:

What Is Princess Polly Return Policy?

To increase safety standards, received returns will be quarantined at our shipping facility for 3 days before they are processed. Please allow at least 6 business days for your return to be processed by our team. Refunds will appear back to the original payment within 7 business days, depending on your bank’s clearance times.

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange, gift card, or refund. Items marked as final sale are ineligible for return or exchange.
  • Items must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • Princess Polly partners with Curtsy, allowing you to resell new, like-new, and gently-worn Princess Polly clothing. 
  • All swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.
  • If you ship your items back with our printable returns label, all refunds and store credits are processed within 6 business days of our team receiving your items. Exchanges will process once your items are in transit with the carrier.
  • If you drop off your items at a Happy Returns Return Bar location, your refund, store credit, and exchange will be processed within one business day.
  • Please email [email protected] if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest priority.
  • If you have paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made, this is non-refundable.
  • Excludes orders placed on Princess Polly Resale. For resale returns information, please get in touch with [email protected].

What Is Princess Polly Non-Refundable Return Policy?

Does Princess Polly Return Policy Have A Return Fee?


Yes, Princess Polly’s return policy has a $6.95 return shipping fee for domestic and UK returns. However, customers can avoid the return shipping fee by selecting store credit instead of a refund.

International returns are not eligible for free returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping international returns.

There are some exceptions to the return shipping fee. For example, customers who return items that are damaged or defective do not have to pay a return shipping fee. Customers who are using Shop Pay to pay for their order will also have the return shipping fee waived.

Overall, Princess Polly’s return policy is relatively generous, with a 30-day return window and free returns for most customers. However, it is important to be aware of the return shipping fee before making a purchase.

Does Princess Polly Offers Free Shipping Returns Back?

Yes, Princess Polly offers free return postage to return items for a gift card or exchange. This applies to orders placed in the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

To initiate a return, you can visit the Princess Polly Returns portal and enter your order number and email address. You will then be able to select the items you wish to return and the reason for your return. Once you have submitted your return request, you will receive a prepaid return label via email.


Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags still attached. Swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.

If you are returning items for a refund, a $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total. However, if you are returning items for a gift card or exchange, the return shipping fee will be waived.

International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

What Is The Holiday Return Policy?

Orders placed November 22nd through December 31st, we’ve extended our returns window until January 31st.


When using Afterpay, you have the option to return one or all of your items for a refund.

We’ll deduct $6.95 from the refund for using our returns shipping label. Therefore you will still have to pay $6.95 with Afterpay.

  • If you return your items before your first Afterpay payment is due, these amounts will be removed from your Afterpay plan, and you will not have to pay for them.
  • If the payments have already been made when you return the items, the amounts will be removed from your Afterpay payment plan and/or the initial payments refunded.
  • It’s important to keep up your Afterpay payments while your return is in transit back to us as Afterpay charges late fees for any overdue payments!

This is still fine if you have purchased multiple items but only wish to return certain items and keep your favorites! We’ll remove the items you have returned from your Afterpay payment plan. Your original installment amounts will remain the same, and your final payments will be less or canceled depending on the return amount. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your updated payment schedule anytime!


When using Shop pay, you have the option to return one or all of your items for a refund.

Please note the amount will be canceled from the final installment of your Shop Pay Payment Plan, less $6.95 for the use of our return label.

Please note that Shop Pay adjusts your final payment first and works back to your most recent payment when applying for the refund.

  • If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
  • If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

How To Return Your Items to Princess Polly


Login into your account, locate your order under “orders” and click to start a return or exchange.

Please return items in original packaging if possible.

Returns can be submitted as soon as your original order has shipped. Your return for a refund, store credit or exchange must be submitted within 30 business days of the delivery of your order.

  • If you opt to use Happy returns or a return shipping label, we’ll deduct 6.95 from your refund once its is received and processed by our team.
  • Depending on your payment method and bank processing times, funds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.
  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.
