Skechers Holiday Return Policy

 

We have extended our return policy to 60 days just in time for the holidays!

This extended policy will apply only to orders placed between November 22, 2020 through January 05, 2021. Items purchased before or after these dates are subject to our usual 45-day return policy.

If you’re not happy with your SKECHERS.com purchase for any reason, you may return unworn/defective item(s) within 60 days of shipment for a refund in one of two ways:

Option 1:

 Return at any SKECHERS retail store (excluding Guam retail locations). For a refund, customers must provide a receipt from SKECHERS.com. Find your local SKECHERS store.

To initiate the return, download the return form from SKECHERS.com:

  • Go to Orders and Returns and enter your order number and the email address used to place the order
  • Select “Check Status”
  • Print this page and return to any SKECHERS company-owned retail store.

*Please note, orders paid with AfterPay will be issued an exchange or merchandise credit if returned to a store location. No Refunds.

Option 2: 

Return via a FREE printable UPS return label

Initiate the return by downloading the return label and form from SKECHERS.com:

  • Go to Orders and Returns and enter your order number and the email address used to place the order
  • Select “Check Status”
  • Select the “Return” link next to the tracking number for the item(s) you would like to return.
  • A new link will appear directly below, “Print Return Label” select this and download/print the label. (Label not available for APO/FPO locations or US Territories)
  • Separate the pre-paid return label from your completed return form at the perforation, include your form with your unworn item(s) in their original packaging and attach the return label to the outside of the shipping box.
  • Only one label is needed to return multiple items. You may include all items in one box.
  • If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box, please remove them.
  • Drop off your return at any UPS-authorized shipping center. Find the UPS service center nearest to you.

If you checked out as a Guest you can follow the same instructions above. 

We’ll send you a confirmation as soon as your return has been processed (please allow up to 2 weeks once the return is received during this holiday season).

At this time we only accept returns for purchases on SKECHERS.com. Free return postage applies only to orders within the 60 days of shipment for purchases starting on 11/22/20 to 01/05/21. If the product is returned outside of the 60-day return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, SKECHERS will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items plus tax only.

How to Return a Skechers Guest Order

If you checked out as a Guest you can follow the same instructions above. 

We’ll send you a confirmation as soon as your return has been processed (please allow 10 business days once the return is received).

At this time, we only accept returns for purchases on SKECHERS.com. Free return postage applies only to orders within the 45 days of purchase. If the product is returned outside of the 45-day return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, SKECHERS will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items plus tax only.

 

Skechers Refund Process and Information

 

SKECHERS.com processes most returns within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Your refund will include the cost of the item(s) and tax only, unless otherwise specified with SKECHERS customer service.

If you are not able to print your return label (APO/FPO or US Territories only) we can issue a refund for standard shipping methods only. Please contact customer service for more information.

  • Any amounts purchased using an eGift card or Elite reward will be issued back as a new eGift card.
  • Orders paid with Afterpay will follow the same return policy. Refunds for Afterpay will be refunded by SKECHERS to Afterpay. We cannot provide an exchange or merchandise credit. As soon as the refund is processed it will drop into your Afterpay online account.

Important: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. Generally, the funds will appear in your account within 3-5 business days. However, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.

 

Can I still return my order after the 45 day policy for a store credit?

 

If you would like to return an item for any reason after the 45 day return time frame has passed, you may still send the unworn item back to us for a store credit (eGift Card), please note you will need to cover the shipping cost for a return outside of the 45 day policy.

If you are requesting an exchange, we may not have the requested style in stock at the time your return is received. We will issue a gift card to you via email and you can place a new order on SKECHERS.com or visit any SKECHERS company owned retail location.

*Orders paid with Afterpay are not eligible for an exchange or store credit/eGift Card and must be returned within 45 days.

Please note we will not accept returns of excessively worn or damaged items.
